Candy!!!

Ok. Let me start by reminding you how much the boys love Thomas the Train. Remember when we rode on Thomas? How we have a train table in our living room? How we have Thomas shirts and pajamas and a lunch box. So what would be a better costume than Thomas and Percy, right?

Wrong.

After Chris and I stayed up late for more than one night making these cute little trains, neither boy would even put it on. Not even for a second. Nope.

So when it was time to hit the street (we only went down ours), Quinn was decked out in the costume we put together for his preschool party, and Liam, bless his heart, wore his Thomas shirt. At 5 minutes to 6:00 (trick or treat time), Liam says "upstairs mommy to get Trick or Treat shirt." I had no idea what he was talking about so I followed. He goes through his drawer, pulls out the Thomas shirt the Gobrails gave him for his birthday, and says "lets go mommy." What could we do? We just rolled with it.

Trains or not, they LOVED trick or treating. Even Quinn. It was adorable.
